1. Hosting Terms of Service (TOS)
1.1 Overview
Skynet Websites provides shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated hosting, and related services (“Services”). These Hosting Terms of Service apply to all customers who use our hosting Services. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.2 Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
- You provide accurate and complete account information.
1.3 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
1.3.1 Prohibited Content
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful scripts.

- Copyright‑infringing files, stolen software, cracks, serials, or warez.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
1.3.2 Prohibited Technical Uses
- IRC bots, clients, or servers.
- Proxy services or anonymizers.
- Using hosting space for backups, archives, or mass storage unrelated to the active website.
- File‑sharing, streaming, or bulk download sites.
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Automated scripts that overload or destabilize servers.
1.3.3 Email & Anti‑Spam
- No unsolicited bulk email (“spam”).
- No purchased or harvested email lists.
- No spam from other providers promoting a site hosted with us.
1.4 Resource Usage Policy
1.4.1 Shared Hosting Limits
- Up to 100% of 1 CPU core.
- Up to 1 GB RAM.
- Up to 20 concurrent connections.
- Up to 250,000 inodes (files).
- No more than 25% of server resources for longer than 90 seconds.
1.4.2 “Unlimited” Hosting
“Unlimited” disk space and bandwidth means no fixed quotas, but usage must be consistent with normal operation of a personal or small business website.
1.4.3 Excessive Usage
If your account exceeds resource limits, we may throttle performance, require an upgrade, or suspend the account.
1.5 Security Responsibilities
- Keep CMS platforms updated.
- Update plugins, themes, and third‑party scripts.
- Use strong passwords.
- Remove abandoned or vulnerable software.
1.6 Backups
- We perform server‑level backups for disaster recovery only.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.
1.7 Uptime Guarantee
We provide a 99.9% network uptime guarantee as described in the Service Level Agreement.
1.8 Billing, Payments & Renewals
- All hosting plans must be paid in advance.
- Invoices are sent via email.
- Accounts may be suspended after 4 days of non‑payment.
- Plans renew automatically unless canceled 10 business days before renewal.

1.10 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, excessive usage, spam, illegal activity, or non‑payment.
1.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skynet Websites from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
1.13 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Domain Registration Agreement
Skynet Websites resells domain registration services through accredited registrars. By registering a domain through us, you agree to ICANN policies, registrar terms, and registry rules.
2.1 Registrant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate WHOIS information.
- Respond to verification requests.
- Maintain updated contact information.
2.2 Domain Ownership
The WHOIS Registrant is the legal owner of the domain.
2.3 Renewals & Expiration
- Domains renew automatically unless canceled.
- Expired domains may enter redemption with additional fees.
2.4 Transfers
Domains may be transferred if they meet ICANN requirements.
2.5 Disputes
You agree to ICANN’s UDRP.
2.6 Prohibited Uses
No illegal activity, phishing, malware, or trademark infringement.
2.7 Refunds
Domain fees are non‑refundable.
3. Website Design Agreement
3.1 Scope of Work
We provide website design services as described in your proposal.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
5.1 Uptime Commitment
We commit to 99.9% uptime per month.
5.2 Exclusions
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Emergency maintenance.
- Customer‑caused downtime.
- DDoS attacks.
- Third‑party network failures.
5.3 SLA Credits
- 99.0% – 99.89%: 10% credit
- 98.0% – 98.99%: 25% credit
- Below 98.0%: 50% credit
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Hosting Refunds
30‑day money‑back guarantee for new shared hosting accounts.

- Domain registrations

6.3 Design & Maintenance
